DOST-CALABARZON, in collaboration with the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) Siniloan Campus, launched the project titled “Fabricated Prototype Deployable Mushroom Growing House as Complementary Technology to Enhance Livelihood and Food Security.” Through this project, DOST-CALABARZON and LSPU launched the Deployable Mushroom Growing House currently stationed at the LSPU Siniloan Campus. The collapsible structure, installed with an automated sprinkler system, humidifier, artificial light and insulation, aims to support food and nutrition security and poverty alleviation initiatives in the country.
